I’ve had great success with incorporating herb gardens into our offerings. Not only do they enhance our dishes, but they also promote local agriculture and sustainability. Plus, guests love the idea of fresh, organic ingredients — makes for a nice conversation starter too.
I love the idea of going solar — it’s like putting sunscreen on our resort! Besides that, we could also explore offering reusable water bottles to guests. It’d be a small step, but it could make a big difference.
