Sunrise breathwork by the saltwater pool

But we’ve been gently guiding a 15-minute breathwork circle at 7:30 a.m — beside the saltwater pool, and I’d love to know if that pace and time helps you ease into the day. If a twilight option with warm herbal compresses sounds more restorative after travel, tell me and I’ll shape the schedule around it.

7:30 by the saltwater pool works — ‘15-minute’ resets me post-run; twilight + warm compresses is better after red-eye. Try nose-only exhales?

But for the 15-minute at 7:30 by the saltwater pool, I do a 30-second chest/upper-back opener using the railing, then switch to 4–7-8 with a soft humming exhale — it drops me in fast. On travel days the twilight session with “warm herbal compresses” sounds perfect; maybe keep lights low and aim for steady 6–6 breathing, @cporter1990.
